About Our Policies
VIP Vascular encourages patients to contact their insurance provider directly to confirm benefits and coverage, including coverage for specialized testing, second opinions, and online appointments. VIP Vascular will bill your insurance provider for any services. However, patients are responsible for any unpaid portion of a bill.
Pre-payment is required for elective procedures. Our authorization department will contact your insurance provider to obtain authorization for procedures as well. Benefits quoted by your insurance provider are used to estimate a total cost.
If you do not have insurance, a five percent discount will be applied and a financial agreement will need to be signed.
Please contact the VIP Vascular financial (bookkeeping) department with any questions at xxx-xxx-xxxx.
